Our policies are straightforward, but should you have any questions, we're here to help sort everything out! - Reservations - Groups - Refunds + Rescheduling - Gift Certificates ReservationsGroupsRefunds + ReschedulingGift Certificates ### RESERVATIONS - Reservations can be made online or by leaving a message at 712-255-9536[tel:7122559536](tel:7122559536) - Our doors open 30 minutes before showtime, and we're known for starting our performances right on schedule! To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the show begins. Here's an important note: For performances with a wait list (refer to our WALK IN TICKETS section), unclaimed tickets may be resold. We know this might sound a bit strict at first, but it's all about fairness – we don't want to turn away guests if there's a chance you can't make it. We appreciate your understanding in making sure everyone gets a chance to enjoy our shows! - Online ticket ordering is available until one hour before curtain time. This cutoff time helps us get everything ready. Missed the online deadline? No problem at all – you can still purchase tickets at the door; starting 30 minutes before the show begins! - LAMB loves babies and toddlers, but not during a theatre production. As a courtesy to adult patrons attending the theatre, children under five (unless otherwise indicated with specific productions) will not be admitted into a performance. ### GROUPS - Group discounts are only available with reservations. - For group reservations, we kindly request that payment be made in full at least 3 business days before your scheduled visit. You can pay with cash, check, or card. If your group members are handling payments separately, please consolidate these into one single payment to take advantage of our group discount, which is 10% off the total ticket price. - Our group rates are available for as few as 10 people! We'll get back to you asap. ### REFUNDS + RESCHEDULING - A ticket purchased is a commitment to join us – if you buy a seat but can't make it, unfortunately, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, you're absolutely welcome to pass your ticket on to someone who can enjoy the performance in your place! - We know life can be unpredictable. If you are a Season Member, you can request to reschedule your ticket for another performance with advance notice for no additional fee. - Come rain or shine, our shows always go on! However, in the rare event that a show must be cancelled, we'll reach out to help you reschedule your ticket. If rescheduling isn't an option for you, we'll ensure a full refund of your purchase. ### GIFT CERTIFICATES ##### **GENERAL RULES** Gift Certificates at LAMB Theatre come in various forms.
